Not only will you learn what the CAGED System is, you will also learn how to apply it in a practical worship guitar setting. Whether you are an acoustic or electric player, this workshop will allow you to speak the language of music fluently on the fretboard.

This session we will discuss setting a realistic bar for where your local worship team is at and learning excellence in what you have without the guilt of what you do not or are not equipped yet to become.  In this breakout we will discuss leading smaller worship teams and setting goals to “get you there” instead of feeling the constant pressure of competing with big sound and big stage presence.   Rita will encourage Practical tips on how to build a team of presence instead of performance! Rita will also encourage the raising up of a song writing culture and purity in worship team dynamics.
