In this breakout we will discuss leading smaller worship teams and setting goals to “get you there” instead of feeling the constant pressure of competing with big sound and big stage presence. Rita will encourage Practical tips on how to build a team of presence instead of performance! Rita will also encourage the raising up of a song writing culture and purity in worship team dynamics.
